We had an opening ceremony in the Four Seas Chinese Culture Center on November 16, 2006. Many friends attended the ceremony on that day, including Minister-Counsellor from Embassy of Jamaica, Minister-Counsellor from Embassy of Namibia, Consul General from Embassy of South Korea.
